I put up an advert looking for our main actors on Star Now and on the Crooked House Theatre company 'unpaid work' notice board.
My actors notice is below:
Final year film students are looking for one male and one female actor for short graduation film. Applicants will need to be of a suitable age to play someone in their mid 50s to late 60s.
The film is a tender drama and will be shot between January 27th and February 3rd 2014. Auditions will take place in Coolock, North Dublin from January 6th to 18th by appointment.
The film will have high production values and there will be an emphasis on getting it shown on the festival circuit.

The response has been good and actors for audition can be seen on contact list and audition schedule. The response was slower however female actors and so I put up a separate ad specifically for the female role to overcome this issue.
